Bread & Fred is a co-op game about 2 penguins tied together with a rope. You'll need to cooperate with your partner in order to climb a mountain. You'll swing, cling to walls and avoid falling in order to reach the top!
We wanted to do a rage game (similar to Jump King or Getting Over it) but for 2 players as we really love co-op games.

We had good times but also really hard times. Developing online gameplay was a challenge and working multiple people on the same game scene caused a lot of troubles, but in the end we learned a lot and had a lot of fun!

We used Unity mainly cause it fit all our needs and it was definitively a journey!

Definitively Online gameplay, and we're still not there. We'll keep working on improving it until players have a good experience, but the nature of the game makes it really hard to have a seemingless conection.

Take your time! Game dev is super hard and it can burn you a lot, so take your time, don't rush and learn a lot.

Game dev can be difficult but it's also super fun and the best job you can imagine, so keep working hard and never surrender!
