Create another function to Create the Elements.

The function will take 5 parameters (inputs)

When we call this function it will create the Element and set its' initial properties.

We also use the Tween behaviour to add a little bounce for visual appeal.

Note that IsMatrix refers to whether or not the element is in play or in the grid of selectable elements
