Start a new Godot Project and name it

Unzip the Assets folder above into FileSystem

Add new folders for GUI, Scenes and Scripts

Create a new 2DScene

Rename the Node2D to Main

Save the scene as main.tscn in your Scenes folder

Click on Project -> Project Settings

Search for Renderer

Select Textures

Set Default Texture Filter to Nearest

This is best for Pixel Art

In Display

Select Window

Set Viewport Width to 320

Set Viewport Height to 180

Set Mode Maximized

Scroll down to Stretch

Set Mode to viewport

Search for Run

Set the Main scene to Main

End of project setup
