Goal: The player controls Pac-Man to navigate a maze and eat all dots (pellets).
Win Condition: The level is complete once all dots are eaten.
Fail Condition: Pac-Man loses a life if touched by a non-blue ghost. The game ends when all lives are lost.
Warp Tunnels: Two tunnels on the sides of the screen allow Pac-Man and ghosts to wrap around to the opposite side instantly.
Note: Ghosts typically move slower while inside the tunnel.
There are four enemy ghosts (Red, Pink, Cyan, Orange), each with distinct AI behaviours:
Blinky (Red): Chases Pac-Man directly.
Pinky (Pink) & Inky (Cyan): Attempt to ambush or corner Pac-Man (usually targeting space in front of him).
Clyde (Orange): Alternates between chasing Pac-Man and fleeing to his corner depending on how close he is.
Activation: Four large pellets located near the maze corners.
Effect: When eaten, all ghosts turn blue, reverse direction, and move slower for a limited time.
Eating Ghosts: Pac-Man can eat blue ghosts for bonus points.
Regeneration: Eaten ghosts turn into floating eyes that return to the central "ghost house" to respawn and resume chasing.
Timeout: Blue ghosts flash white briefly before returning to their dangerous, normal coloured state.
